- Budget Ninja: Keep costs from ballooning like a dodgy inflatable at a kid’s party.

- Team Captain: Lead your crew like a pro, inspiring greatness while keeping coffee orders in check.

- Compliance Champ: Ensure safety and environmental standards are more airtight than your Wi-Fi password.

What We’re Looking For (It’s Not a Unicorn, We Promise):

- A degree in something construction-y (think Construction Management or Civil Engineering).

- At least 5 years of experience, particularly in land subdivision.

- Tendering skills so sharp they could cut steel.

- Leadership that’s equal parts inspiring and terrifying (in a good way).

- Have unrestricted Australian Working Rights

- Reside in Perth or be willing to relocate to Perth.

- Bonus points if you have fancy certifications like PMP or CCM—fewer points for knowing all the Kardashians by name.
