THE WHO, THE WHAT AND THE WHERE

We need experienced Driller’s Offsiders, to work 2/1 swings, starting as soon as you’re through testing and induction.

This is not just a stable business, they are a leader and respected player in the drilling game who only work with the big names in WA mining. They have an excellent culture that makes everyone feel like part of the family, they truly watch each others backs and have the safety record to prove it!

You will be working on a mix of exploration and mine sites throughout WA.

You can expect excellent site amenities and a massive push on safety and quality.

If you prove yourself and pass probation, you will go permanent and get started on your Cert II and Cert III in Drilling – which makes you a more valuable employee, and opens up doors for you to work as a Driller all over the world.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We have already mentioned this a handful of times, you must have experience in RC or Diamond drilling, and our client wants you to want to get your drilling qualifications. (So if you apply and you don't have experience please understand why you won't progress.)

That is the sort of driven and enthusiastic people they want to join the team... starting immediately... our client has rigs that need to get to site yesterday!

You will also need the following to even be considered (if you don’t have them, unfortunately we just can’t help you):

- A HR licence (Synchromesh)

- A National Police Clearance

- Experience in an RC or Diamond Offsider position

- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including fitness testing) and pass an alcohol and drug test

- You must be a resident of WA – this is not negotiable (for insurance reasons)

- First Aid Certificate

- Working at Heights

- 4WD (Highly Desirable)

- Fire Attack (Highly Desirable)
