FULL TIME OR FOUR DAYS PER WEEK

THE BLURB

Let me start by saying that this isn’t your average HR gig. If you love a dynamic workplace where no two days are the same, this is the job for you. A true Generalist, you’ll be the go-to for everything HR—performance management, disciplinary matters, policy updates, and even rolling up your sleeves to help with recruitment.

With over 500+ staff (and growing fast), this company is moving at full speed. You’ll play a key role in keeping the people side of things running smoothly. Reporting to the HR Manager and working within a close-knit team you’ll be part of a fun, easygoing, and supportive environment where HR is valued, not just tolerated.

THE ROLE

- Provide guidance on performance management and disciplinary matters
- Conduct workplace investigations and help update policies and procedures
- Engage with corporates and blue-collar workers – you need to be comfortable talking to both
- Support the HR Manager with reporting and ad-hoc HR projects
- Assist with recruitment when things get busy (which they do)

DESPERATLEY SEEKING

- Solid HR generalist experience, at least four years – you know your way around HR inside and out
- Strong people skills – you’ll be dealing with leaders, workers, and everyone in between
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A relevant HR qualification is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to travel to remote sites occasionally
