We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Human Resources Advisor to join a fast-paced, people-focused resources business in the northern suburbs of Perth.
This is your chance to take your solid HR skills to the next level in a company that values what you bring to the table.
This is a six-month fixed term contract with the possibility for permanency for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Contracts and Compliance: Draft and manage employment contracts, keeping everything compliant and watertight.
- Onboarding Extraordinaire: Welcome new hires and ensure their first days are as smooth as a barista-made coffee.
- Injury Management Pro: Handle cases with precision, liaising with all the right people to get great outcomes.
- Advisor on All Things HR: Be the go-to for managers when it comes to disciplinary matters, ensuring a balanced and professional approach.
- Admin Guru: Stay on top of HR systems, processes, and documentation to keep everything humming along smoothly.
- Award Interpreting and Legislation Maestro: Interpret awards and keep up to date with everchanging HR legislation.
What We’re Looking for in You
- Experience: You’ve been in the HR trenches for at least 5 years, handling contracts, compliance, onboarding, injury management and employee relations.
- Skills: You’ve got the rare mix of being detail-focused while also a people person who’s comfortable giving advice.
- Attitude: You’re ready to take on more responsibility, thrive in a great culture, and bring your expertise to the table, oh and someone that gets ***** done!
- Qualifications and Certs: Bachelor’s degree in HR (or equivalent experience). Current National Police Clearance (NPC). C Class Driver’s License. Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM).
