We’re looking for a warm, highly organised, and charismatic Receptionist / Administration Assistant to be the face of Itch.

Someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, enjoys a good laugh, and takes pride in creating a welcoming space.

But let’s be clear—this is not an entry-level role. You must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in professional services). If you don’t, we’re not the right fit for you.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT

You know that person who makes an office feel like home? That’s you. You’ll be the first smile people see, the calm in the chaos, and the key to keeping the office running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Front-of-house management – Meeting, greeting, and ensuring every visitor feels welcome.

- Diary coordination – Keeping track of schedules and ensuring everyone is where they need to be.

- Phone management – Answering and directing calls with warmth and professionalism.

- Office upkeep – Ensuring the office is well-presented, stocked, and running efficiently.

- Administrative support – Data entry, scanning, formatting documents, and managing meeting room bookings.

- Being part of the team – Contributing to admin meetings and supporting the wider business.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This role is not for someone just starting out in administration. We need someone with:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role – preferably in professional services.

- A natural ability to make people feel at ease.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- The ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and approachable.

- A team-first mindset – we work closely and support each other.

- A good sense of humour – because we like to keep things light where we can.
