Senior Cabler/Communications Technician

Our client is a well established and highly regarded Electrical and Data Communications business looking to build their Comms division.

They need a professional and dedicated Communications Technician with high level cabling skills and experience to lead the team on the ground, working mostly on multi storey fit-outs in the city.

Your experience and attention to detail will set the standard for the company going forward, and your passion for the industry will show in the quality of workmanship you hand over to your clients

What do I need to be successful?

- An obsession with the highest quality cabling installations

- At least 3 years experience installing structured cabling into office environments

- A Cert III or IV in Telecommunications Technology

- Cabling registration with endorsements

- Excellent communication skills with clients and your team

- Experience with wired and wireless networking

- A thorough understanding of AS/CA S009:2020

- Experience with Network Cable Testers and Optic Fibre test equipment
